Are the websites created using SiteGalore database driven or are they html pages? |

The final websites created by SiteGalore are all pure HTML pages similar to the ones created using Dreamweaver or FrontPage. A visitor to the website will only view HTML pages containing GIF & JPG images with no back-end database querying. The database is used only by the Control Center section of SiteGalore which the site owner uses to manage and make modifications to the website. |

The templates are created in format that is proprietary to SiteGalore. The images in the templates are stored in common file formats. The names of the images and the templates are stored as part of the application database. |

End User websites are completely under your control. As a service provider, you decide where you want to publish and host your user websites. |

No, this is currently not possible. For complete compatibility, it is important that the websites are fully created only using SiteGalore. |

Where does the site get published? |

As a service provider, you will have complete control over the hosting location of the user websites. You can either publish them to your own servers or to any other server on the Internet. SiteGalore will NOT host your user websites. Only you decide where the end user websites get published by setting the FTP information for each website (user) individually. |

Are there any downloads that a user is required to do to be able to use SiteGalore? |
| |
No. There is no need for the user to download any software on to their computer to use SiteGalore. If a user can browse, he can build. The only thing they may need is the Macromedia Flash plug-in which anyway comes integrated as part of most common browsers these days.

Does the user have to change the settings in their browser in order to use SiteGalore? |
| |
If the user can browse the internet and visit secure web pages, then he does not need to change any settings in the browser or OS to use SiteGalore.

Why does my session expire? What is Time-out? Will it be a feature for our end users as well? |
| |
Session expiry settings are only to protect the interests of the user. Currently the session times-out (session closes) in 20 minutes. For example if you are not accessing the application for say 20 minutes, then the session ends and the connection to the SiteGalore engine shuts down. In any case this can be increased or decreased for your end users, as per your requirements.

Can sitegalore be used to edit existing websites? |

Not really. The sitegalore Service is designed to modify sites that were originally created using it. You can however, start designing a new site using SiteGalore and cut and paste the content from the earlier website.
